Mr. Query graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1971 and has practiced in Charleston since that time. Michael W. Sautter Mr. Sautter's areas of practice include litigation, personal injury, workers' compensation, and family law. Mr. Sautter graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He has been active in litigation practice since 1983, with an emphasis on serious injuries and major damages cases. Saul E. Gliserman Mr. Gliserman's practice is concentrated on business and employment matters, tort law, and civil litigation. Mr. Gliserman is admitted to practice law in South Carolina and Massachusetts. In 2001, he was certified as a Circuit Court Mediator by the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification. Mr. Gliserman graduated from Harvard Law School in 1966. Bentley D. Price Mr. Price is a life-long resident of South Carolina. He received his B.A. from Wofford College in 1999 and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2002. Following graduation, he accepted a position with the Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Charleston County, where he specialized in gun crimes emphasizing violent crimes. He currently handles criminal defense, and other litigation matters at Query Sautter Gliserman & Price. Michèle Patrão Forsythe Ms. Forsythe is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently. Working for the federal government in various capacities, Ms. Forsythe left federal service and attended the University of South Carolina School of Law. She has been practicing in Charleston since 2003. Ms. Forsythe practices in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, business litigation and workers’ compensation. Roman V. Hammes Mr. Hammes is an associate with the firm. He received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.
